Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. You will provide high-quality personal care, empathetic support, and work within a friendly care team to deliver daily activities with compassion.

About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
• Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Are organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

  • 8:00am–8:00pm / 8:00pm–8:00am
