Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support residents with daily living, promote independence, and provide compassionate care in a warm, respectful environment. Shift patterns include 7:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-8:30pm to suit your schedule.

Experience is welcome but not required; we value empathy, strong communication, and a positive, can-do attitude. We offer full training and opportunities for NVQ progression, with weekly pay and benefits.

We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out.
