We are seeking Care Assistants who can work flexibly across our homes near the Essex and Hertfordshire border. This is a bank contract; you will travel to different locations as needed. A driving license is preferred.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are key. Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous or willingness to work towards it. We support your qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship.

You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the compassion to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
