Position details:

We seek Care Assistants who can work flexibly around the Essex and Hertfordshire border. This is a bank contract; you will travel to different homes as needed. A driving license is preferred.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are key. Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or you may be willing to work towards it. We support you through a fully funded apprenticeship.

You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the compassion necessary to provide high-quality, person-centered care.
