Job summary

Loveday is urgently seeking Full Time Care Assistants for 36 hours per week in London. The role offers an hourly rate of £15.20 and pro-rata salary calculation based on hours worked compared to a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Washing, Showering, Bathing and Dressing
• Promoting continence and also assisting with toileting, mobility, food and fluid intake
• Use of moving and handling equipment, wheelchairs and any specific mobility aid required by a member
• Providing ongoing support for the members, their family and supporting the Nursing team.

Hourly Rate: £15.20 per hour

The salaried equivalent is calculated on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the proportion of hours worked compared to a full time schedule.

Main Duties and Responsibilities included:

Provide direct care to members by supporting and promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and overall well-being, in alignment with each member’s Personal Care Plan.
