Job summary

Loveday Abbey Road is urgently hiring Full Time Care Assistants to support residents with dignity and personalised care at our Willesden-area residences. This role focuses on promoting independence, assisting with daily living tasks and working closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Full Time CARE ASSISTANTS Needed Urgently for 36 hours!

Hourly Rate: £15.20 per hour

The salaried equivalent iscalculatedon a pro-rata basis, reflecting the proportion of hours worked compared to a full time schedule.

Main Duties and Responsibilities included:

• Provide direct care to members by supporting and promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and overall well-being, in alignment with each member's Personal Care Plan.
• Assisting Washing, Showering, Bathingand Dressing
• Promoting continence and also assisting with toileting, mobility, food and fluid intake
• Use of moving and handling equipment, wheelchairs and any specific mobility aid required by a member
• Providing ongoing support for the members, their family and supporting the Nursing team.
