Job summary

Loveday Kensington is urgently seeking Bank Care Assistants for day and night shifts at our Kensington residence. The role offers an hourly rate of £15.20 with paid breaks, health support and progression opportunities within a growing luxury care network.

Join a team delivering personal care with dignity, exceptional hospitality, and clinical expertise in a five-star setting. You will support residents' independence and well-being while collaborating with our Nursing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in elder care or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Ability to promote independence and dignity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to members by supporting and promoting independence, choice, dignity and well-being, aligned with Personal Care Plans.
• Assist with washing, showering, bathing and dressing.
• Promote continence and assist with toileting, mobility, food and fluid intake.
• Use moving and handling equipment, wheelchairs and mobility aids as required.
• Provide ongoing support for members, their families and the Nursing team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities included:

• Provide direct care to members by supporting and promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and overall well-being, in alignment with each member’s Personal Care Plan.
