Cera is hiring a Care Assistant in Portsmouth & Havant. You’ll support clients recently discharged from hospital, helping them recover at home and enabling them to live longer, healthier lives. A £250 joining bonus is available. We cover a wide area including Portsmouth, Havant, Hayling, and more.

We offer flexible shifts (part-time or full-time) with a block hourly rate covering travel time and care visits. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.

Qualificações

• Previous care experience required; NVQ in Health & Social Care or willingness to pursue one.
• Shift patterns vary; role paid as a block hourly rate covering travel time and visits.
• Part-time or full-time roles available; weekend work may be required; driving licence essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as directed by care plan.
• Cook or prepare hot meals and help with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to clients.
