Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of City & County Healthcare Group, is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support adults at home with mobility and complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator care. Full training and clinical support are provided to develop skills in various complex areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in health and social care would be preferable.

• Support an adult client in their own home with mobility, tracheostomy care and suctioning; monitor ventilator functioning and respond to changing needs.
• Provide compassionate, patient and flexible care to clients with complex health conditions and mobility limitations.

Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more!

You will support our adult client in their own home with their mobility, tracheostomy care and suctioning and ensuring their ventilator is working correctly. This is supporting someone with no mobility and communication difficulties so will require you to be patient and have the ability to be flexible to meet the clients needs.

What you’ll need

Previous experience in health and social care would be preferable as well as plenty of care, compassion, and resilience.
