• Lincroft Meadow Care Home

Lincroft Meadow Care Home provides expert 24-hour residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 70 elderly residents. The home offers private ensuite bedrooms, communal areas, restaurants, café, cinema, hair salon, and private dining rooms.

Address: Lincroft Meadow Care Home - The Moors, Kidlington OX5 2AA.

This is a full-time role, with 36 or 48-hour contracts available, working alternate weekends.

Day or night shifts available due to expansion!

About The Role

You will care for our residents as if they were members of your own family, recognizing that each one is an individual with unique needs and preferences. You will assist them in making choices regarding their care and support them with daily activities such as washing, toileting, dressing, and helping at mealtimes when required. Throughout all interactions, you will ensure that their needs are met through dignified and person-centered care.

About You

You will be cheerful, caring, and compassionate, with a flexible approach to working shifts. Experience in care is beneficial but not essential, as we provide full training and support to help you start your career in care.

The successful candidate will need to provide satisfactory references, undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
