Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Worcester. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.

We have a limited number of 24hours per week permanent contracts available in this location, with every other weekend off for work life balance. To be eligible for guaranteed hours you must have good general availability, be a female driver with a car and be willing to travel across our service area when required (we will always aim to schedule rota's with minimal travel time where we can). You can also earn additional income via overtime opportunities or through our refer a friend scheme - up to £500 per referral. We are currently accepting displaced candidates, where their employer's sponsorship licence has been revoked, you must be registered as a displaced worker.

We're recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Worcester and surrounding areas.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
