• Day Shifts: 7am-2.30pm, 7am-11am, 2.30pm-10pm, 3.30pm-9pm, 6pm-10pm, including weekends on a rota basis
• Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

About the position

CCH is seeking caring and empathetic Care Assistants to support our service users at St Matthews, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.

As a vital member of CCH, you’ll help enhance the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care. Your responsibilities include:

• Companionship: providing friendship and preventing loneliness
• Personal Care: assisting with hygiene and grooming
• Medication: collecting prescriptions and providing reminders
• Mealtimes: preparing nutritious meals
• Housekeeping: maintaining a comfortable home environment
• Mobility: supporting movement and transfers

The successful Care Assistant will perform these duties with understanding and dignity for our clients.
