Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking compassionate Care & Support Workers to provide in-home care across the Wareham community. You will help clients with daily tasks, encourage independence, and build trusting relationships with families and professionals. Training is provided, with clear career progression paths.

Driving is essential for this role and you will travel between visits within the local area. We offer a welcoming team and stable, permanent contracts with flexible full- and part-time hours.
