Please note: This role is part-time, 24.5 hours per week, with late shifts from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm, on a 3x on, 3x off rota pattern.

Your responsibilities include supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of residents. This involves assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
We deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. This includes helping those with limited mobility, providing emotional support to distressed residents, or caring for those at the end of their lives, always prioritizing their wellbeing.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional related training. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
