TipTopJob in Weymouth, Dorset, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a leading UK health care provider in a newly opened care home. The role involves personal care, daily tasks, companionship and promoting residents’ wellbeing.

The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Permanent full-time position working 36 hours per week on day or night shifts, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Weymouth, Dorset area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care provider.

This is a nursing and residential care home thats perfectly positioned in one of the most beautiful seaside towns on Englands south coast, is set to open soon.

**To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent**

As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary is GBP25,178.40 per annum.
