Your Role:

As a Care Assistant at Bloomfield Care, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients live their lives with dignity, comfort, and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

Personal Care: Helping clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming, always with respect for their privacy and dignity.

Mobility Support: Assisting with transfers and mobility to help clients stay safe and independent.

Meal Preparation: Preparing delicious and nutritious meals tailored to clients’ preferences and dietary needs.

Medication Assistance: Helping clients manage their medications with care and attention, ensuring their well-being.

Household Support: Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Companionship: Offering emotional support and spending time with clients, engaging in meaningful conversations that brighten their day.

Transportation: Safely driving clients to appointments or social outings, making each journey pleasant and stress-free.

Documentation: Keeping accurate records and updating the team on any changes in the client's health or behaviour.
