Job summary

Bluebird Care Burton & Swadlincote is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our team. You will deliver high-quality, personalised care, support with daily living tasks, and provide companionship in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients
• Support with personal care activities (bathing, dressing, continence care)
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
• Support safe medication administration
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry and cleaning
• Assist with shopping, outings and appointments
• Offer companionship and a friendly, dependable presence
• Demonstrate excellent communication with clients, families and colleagues
• Maintain DBS checks and references in line with regulations
