Job summary

Westwood Care Home in Sheringham is seeking a Care Assistant to join its team. No prior experience is required as an induction and training programme is provided.

You will work under the Avery Healthcare Group banner, delivering compassionate personal care and supporting residents with daily activities. The role involves safeguarding residents’ dignity, adhering to safe working practices and contributing to a caring, respectful environment.

• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
• Practise safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
• Contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services.
• Undertake various responsibilities as necessary, including at short notice.
