Job summary

Roche Health Care is seeking a Care Assistant to cover days and nights at our Dewsbury-based facility. The role involves delivering high-quality care to older residents, including those with dementia, with a 36-hour week schedule and 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00 shifts. Sponsorship is not available.

Candidates should have strong compassionate values, be able to work days or nights, and commit to maintaining dignity and respect for residents while supporting a range of care services.

Qualifications

• Must have experience delivering care in a residential setting.
• Experience with dementia and end-of-life care is preferred.
• Willingness to work alternate days and night shifts is required.
• Sponsorship cannot be offered.
