Job summary

Roche Health and Home care is seeking experienced care staff to support older residents, including those with dementia. The role may require day or night shifts, depending on rota. The organisation values care, compassion and respect, and supports staff wellbeing and career progression.

Applicants should hold an NVQ in health and social care or be willing to undertake training. The employer offers an equal opportunities policy and various staff incentives and benefits.
