Job summary

SeeMeHired is seeking a Care Assistant to support a busy care home with flexible hours and alternate weekends. You will place residents at the heart of care, following care plans and safeguarding welfare, while collaborating with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to maximise wellbeing.

Good English skills and a compassionate, professional approach are essential. You will contribute to efficient service delivery, maintain relationships with residents and families, and participate in ongoing

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for residents.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with residents' loved ones.

Previous Experience
  • Previous experience is not required., Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role.
  • Experience of working with service users, in particular, those that may have additional support needs.
