Job summary

Total Community Care Limited in Taunton is seeking compassionate care staff to join a dedicated team supporting a gentleman with a spinal cord injury. You will assist with rehabilitation, daily physiotherapy and structured exercise programmes, as well as daily activities and social outings to promote independence and wellbeing.

No prior qualifications or experience are required as full training, including shadowing, is provided, alongside ongoing team support and progression opportunities.

Pay: Up to £16.90 per hour

Shifts: Bank to cover contingency and annual leave. Days and Sleep Nights.

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you’ll do

You’ll be joining a team supporting a Gentleman with a spinal cord injury who never allows the fact that he is a full-time wheelchair user to limit his ambition to live life to the full. From supporting him with his rehabilitation through daily physio and exercise programmes to supporting daily activities and trips out.

You are a caring, reliable and flexible person who relishes variety. No need for relevant qualifications or experience - full training will be given, including shift shadowing and support from team mates.
