Bupa’s Tadworth Grove Care Home in Tadworth is hiring a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care and support for residents. You will help with daily activities, ensure comfort, and contribute to a safe, respectful living environment.

The role is permanent, 44 hours per week on day shifts with alternate weekends. Prior care experience is welcomed but not mandatory; full training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.

• Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
