Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Swineshead. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.

This role is eligible for a £250 joining bonus (drivers only), payable on successful completion of probation period. We have a limited number of 16 hours per week permanent contracts available in this location, with every other weekend off for work life balance. We will offer GH contracts from day one for female drivers seeking full-time work. To be eligible for guaranteed hours you must have good general availability, be a female driver with a car and be willing to travel across our service area when required (we will always aim to schedule rota's with minimal travel time where we can). You can also earn additional income via overtime opportunities or through our refer a friend scheme - up to £400 per referral.

We're recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Swineshead, Bicker Bar, Sutterton, Wyberton and surrounding areas.

For this role it is preferred you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
