Cera Care is seeking a Care Assistant in Heckington, Sleaford to support clients in their own homes. We offer flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings, nights) with every other weekend off for work-life balance.

No experience is required; driving licence and a vehicle are needed. DBS checks and UK work legality are required. GH contracts are available for female drivers seeking full-time work.

We're recruiting part‑time and full‑time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Heckington, Sleaford and surrounding areas.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We will offer GH contracts from day one for female drivers seeking full‑time work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights – you'll usually have every other weekend off for work‑life balance.
