Job summary

Cera Care in Coventry is hiring care assistants to support clients at home. Roles include part-time and full-time positions with flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; guaranteed hours available for some posts.

No experience is required, and you will receive training and ongoing support as you help people live independently with compassion and reliability.

Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Coventry. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.

We have a limited number of 24 hours per week permanent contracts available in this location, with every other weekend off for work life balance. To be eligible for guaranteed hours you must have good general availability, be a female driver with a car and be willing to travel across our service area when required (we will always aim to schedule rota's with minimal travel time where we can). You can also earn additional income via overtime opportunities or through our refer a friend scheme - up to £400 per referral.

We're recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Coventry, Willenhall, Binley, Cheylesmore and surrounding areas.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance. We will offer GH contracts to all full-time drivers, both male and female, from day one.
