Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans.

• Support residents with mobility, transfers and repositioning, in line with training and care plans.
• Assist with meals, eating and drinking where required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage residents to maintain their independence and participate in activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate daily records and care documentation.
• Follow safeguarding, infection control, health and safety and confidentiality procedures.
• Work effectively with nurses, senior carers and care home management.

Pay Rate: £14.43 per hour including holiday pay

Location: Kingsdown Road Swindon SN3 4 TD

Job Type: Agency / Temporary / Flexible

Shift Pattern: Days, Nights, Weekends & Bank Holidays

Hours: Full-time, Part-time and Flexible Shifts Available

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Care Support Workers to work in care homes, nursing homes and residential care settings across Heatherwood, Somerset, Swindon and Kent.

We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals who are passionate about providing high quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily needs, wellbeing and independence.
