About The Role

Joining HC-One offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community. We seek enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to support our team, providing high-quality long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care.

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents. Your duties include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.

You will deliver care with heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. This includes helping those with limited mobility, offering emotional support, and caring for residents at the end of life, always prioritizing their well-being.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All colleagues will undertake safeguarding training relevant to their roles.
