Altogether Care Llp in Blandford is seeking a Care and Support Worker to visit clients at home across the community, bringing compassion and reliability to help people stay independent. You will travel across the Sturminster Newton area to provide personal, meaningful care that enhances daily life.

The role offers morning and evening shifts, full- or part-time, with every-other weekend work. Pay is £13.80–£14.30 per hour, plus a welcome bonus, ongoing training, and many development opportunities

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in in-home care or community support is a plus.
• Empathetic approach to helping people stay independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients at home with daily tasks, personal care and appointments.
• Support independence and mobility through in-home visits.
• Record visits and progress using mobile tools following company practices.
• Travel across the Sturminster Newton area to provide care.

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
