Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to visit clients in their own homes across the community, based in Wareham. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.80–£14.30) with full-time or part-time options and weekend rotation.
You will travel throughout the area to deliver personal, physical, and emotional care, supporting independence and daily living, with induction, training, and career development provided. A driving licence is essential.
