Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide at-home care, enabling clients to stay independent and safe. You will drive to client visits, record care notes on a mobile device, and work within a supportive team to maintain high standards of care.

The role offers a permanent contract with flexible shifts; DBS is required, and you will join a family-run provider with decades of experience in the South West region.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence & Access To Own Vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern:

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable)
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable)
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable)
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
