Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant to provide compassionate support in customers' homes. You’ll gain confidence through full training and contribute to a culture of extraordinary care.

You’ll help with daily living activities, mobility, personal care and household tasks while building trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; full training provided.
• Kind, reliable and people-first mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs to keep customers safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
