Altogether Care Weymouth is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our care home team in Weymouth. You will help residents with personal care, daily tasks, and emotional support within a warm, supportive environment.

The role offers contracted hours (36–48 per week) with alternate weekends, ongoing training, and progression opportunities in a family-run provider established in 1988.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate nature and be reliable.
• Excellent communication with residents and families.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in a similar care role preferred.
• DBS check will be completed.

Care Assistant Responsibilities

• Support and assist people to promote their own independence.
• Provide support with all aspects of personal care.
• Offer physical and emotional support, to the people we care for.
• Help people to participate with daily living tasks & activities.
