Job summary

Routes Healthcare is hiring a Female Care Assistant - Driver with Own Vehicle to visit clients in Reddish and surrounding Stockport. You will provide person-centred care, support with medication management, meals, and nutrition while travelling between visits.

This homecare role pays £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay) plus 30p per mile. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, and we support continuous training through Routes Academy.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
• At least 3 months paid care experience in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work
• Reliable, compassionate and committed to delivering excellent care

• Visiting vulnerable clients in their own homes and providing person-centred care

About The Role

This is a homecare position - Your time is valued here. Every call is paid for the duration it's planned. You will be travelling to clients' homes throughout the day to provide person-centred care and support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with medication management
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Working solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needs
• Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements
• Travelling between client visits throughout your shift

We provide homecare across Reddish.

• Full-time and part-time hours available
