Job summary

Quantum Care in St Albans is hiring care workers on a permanent basis, offering 20–35 hours per week with fixed weekday rate £13.61 and weekend rate £14.61. This on-site role requires compassionate, person-centred care to older residents across Hertfordshire.

No prior experience is required; full induction, ongoing development, and opportunities to achieve industry-recognised qualifications are provided. Shift work includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays in a 24/7 home environment.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; strong empathy, positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.
