Quantum Care is seeking a Care Assistant at Oakmoor Lodge Care Home in Bushey. The role offers 20–35 hours per week with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts in a luxury 72-bed home providing residential, dementia and respite care.
You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, maintain residents' dignity and independence, and work within a supportive team. Training is provided from day one and there are clear career development opportunities.
Pay: £13.61 per hour weekdays & £14.61 per hour weekends
Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm – Weekdays and alternative Weekends
