Job summary

Cera Care is seeking compassionate carers to support clients across Sunderland and surrounding areas. This community-based role focuses on personal care, meals and medication support, visiting clients in their own homes, with a preferred driving licence and access to a vehicle.

We offer flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, with guaranteed hours after probation and a supportive team using Cera Tech to reduce admin time so you can focus on caring.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with personal care, medications and meals; visit and travel between client visits.

The Role: Supporting clients in Sunderland, Barnes, Silksworth, Farringdonand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
