As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

Delivering heartfelt care, it’s about ensuring our residents retain their dignity and individuality. Your involvement may include helping residents with limited mobility, offering emotional support to distressed or confused residents, or providing end-of-life care, always prioritizing their wellbeing.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training, with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns as needed.
