Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to help people stay independent at home across Bath. You will drive to clients, provide personal, physical and emotional care, and support daily activities and appointments.

You will use mobile tech to record and deliver quality care and travel across the area. The role values compassionate, reliable care, with full induction, ongoing training, and progression opportunities.

Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full‑time or part‑time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable)
• Morning‑only shifts, available on a full‑time or part‑time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable)
• Evening‑only shifts, available on a full‑time or part‑time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable)
• Weekend‑only positions covering mornings and/or evenings

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
