Choices Homecare Bolton is seeking Care Assistants to support clients across the Bolton region. The role offers £13.44 per hour with flexible full-time and part-time hours and mileage allowance.

Full training is provided, so experience is welcome but not essential. 2-week rota cycles, ongoing development through Optimo Learning Academy, and progression opportunities are available in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• No formal care experience required, full training provided.
• Must be available for a minimum of 16 hours per week and alternate weekends.
• UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for certain routes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with medication administration and accurate documentation.
• Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking as needed.
• Encourage independence and assist with daily living tasks.
• Build positive relationships with service users and families.
• Maintain records and communicate with team members.

What To Expect In This Role

Care is delivered 7 days a week between 07:00 and 23:00

We ask for a minimum of 16 hours per week

Every Other Weekend Availability Is Required

This role is paid for care delivery time, with mileage reimbursed between calls at 30p per mile

What you will do
