Job summary

Copperdown Residential Home in Rugeley is seeking caring, reliable individuals to join our small, private team supporting residential and dementia clients. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, provide companionship, and encourage participation in hobbies and social/stretches.

Shifts include 7/3 mornings and 3/9 afternoons, with a friendly, supportive working environment. We value patience, empathy, and teamwork, with training provided and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred

• Ability to work as part of a small team

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support such as hoisting
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in hobbies, social activities and exercises
• Support clients to maintain independence and dignity in daily routines

Copperdown is a small privately run residential home in Rugeley for both residential and dementia clients.

We are currently looking for care assistants to join our friendly team

Shift patterns are 7/3 Morning ) and 3/9 ( Afternoon )

Key Responsibilities :

Personal care: Assist clients with washing,dressing,bathing,toileting,shaving,mouth care,feeding,mobility support including hoisting and repositioning if required.

Provide companionship,encourage participation in hobbies,social activities and physical exercises and support clients in maintaining their independence.
