• Assist service users with daily living and personal care including toilets, washing and bathing while maintaining independence, dignity and respect.
• Assist service users to bed at night and help them get up in the morning.
• Maintain checks throughout the night.
• Assist users with restricted mobility to access all areas and attend to continence needs.
• Follow the care plan and practice safe systems of work across night tasks.
