Job summary

Care at Home Services in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking Care Assistants for part-time and full-time roles in clients' homes. No prior experience required; full training provided. Duties include personal care, medication assistance, meal prep and light domestic tasks, with a focus on companionship and wellbeing.

Shifts cover mornings to evenings across Tunbridge Wells and nearby areas, with travel between visits included in the pay. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

We're currently recruiting part-time and full-time Care Assistants in Royal Tunbridge Wells to support clients in their own homes. The advertised pay rate includes travel time.

If you're kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you. No experience is needed — full training is provided.

Your duties may include personal care (such as continence support, washing, dressing), medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks. Most importantly, you'll offer companionship, reassurance, and genuine comfort to those you care for.

Work is available across Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood, Staplehurst, Horsemonden, Brenchley, Marden and nearby areas. We are seeking full and part time staff, shifts include 7am-2 and 4-10pm.
