Job summary

Cera Care Ltd in Crowborough is recruiting caring individuals to support clients in their own homes. Part-time and full-time roles available; no prior experience needed as full training is supplied. DBS check and right to work in the UK required.

Duties include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and providing companionship across local areas. Shifts include early, late, and weekend patterns; travel time is paid.

Job description

We're currently recruiting part-time and full-time Care Assistants in Crowborough to support clients in their own homes. The advertised pay rate includes travel time.

If you're kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you. No experience is needed — full training is provided.

Your duties may include personal care (such as continence support, washing, dressing), medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks. Most importantly, you'll offer companionship, reassurance, and genuine comfort to those you care for.

Work is available across Uckfield, Rotherfield, Forest Row, Tunbridge Wells and nearby areas. Our amazing teams are looking to recruit new Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns – these include working hours of 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm and alternate weekends.
