Job description

R&V Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated care professionals to join our team as care assistants and nurses for our client. Candidates should be patient, respectful, and understanding of residents' individual needs, and must own a car.

Your CARE ASSISTANT role will include:

1. Assisting residents with personal care and dressing
2. Supporting residents with incontinence needs
3. Repositioning residents using equipment such as hoists, stand aids, and slide sheets
4. Assisting with food and fluid intake
5. Helping with laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
6. Accurately recording all relevant documentation; good verbal and written communication skills are essential

Requirements:

• DBS check
• National Insurance number
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in a care setting
• Relevant health and social care training
• Must be able to drive and have access to a personal vehicle for commuting
• Manual Handling Practical Training

Your NURSE role will include:

• Valid NMC registration
• Experience in a care home or similar environment
• Proficiency in clinical equipment use and medication administration
• Effective documentation and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for resident and family interactions
• Ability to lead and work within a team
• Willingness to adapt to changing resident needs
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
