Job summary

Healthcare Homes Group in Romford is seeking a Care Assistant at Romford Grange to join a friendly team delivering person-centred care. The role covers day and night shifts with 22 hours per week at £12.90 per hour.

The home provides residential, nursing and dementia care for elderly residents; you will support with personal care, companionship, and accurate record-keeping, with a thorough induction and training through the Healthcare Homes Academy.

Romford Grange

£12.90 per hour

22 hours per week (includes alternate weekends) - Day Shifts - 8am to 8pm

22 hours per week (includes alternate weekends) - Night Shifts - 8pm to 8am

Romford Grange provides residential, nursing and dementia care to elderly people living in Romford. The staff at the home are very friendly and welcoming and spend a lot of time with the residents making sure they provide good quality, person-centred care every day.

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
