Job summary

Home Instead in Rishton is seeking caring individuals to provide compassionate, one-hour in-home visits. You’ll deliver respectful assistance, support daily living activities and help improve quality of life for clients in a flexible schedule. Bank Holiday rates offer double pay and mileage reimbursement for travel.

We provide in-house training (Level 2, 3 and 5) and wellbeing support. There are local discounts and opportunities for career advancement through funded qualifications.

Additional Information

addition to our zero-hours contracts, we may also offer a limited number of guaranteed 16-hour contracts, subject to availability and the needs of the business. These contracted hours are fixed and may not be flexible, as they are allocated to support service delivery and ensure we can meet the needs of our clients. Any guaranteed-hour contract offered will be discussed clearly at recruitment stage, including the expected working pattern, availability requirements, and how the hours align with operational needs.
