Home Instead is seeking caring professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred care for older adults in their own homes. You will support daily living, meals, and personal care while following tailored care plans.

A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. We offer award-winning training, ongoing mentoring, and a supportive team, plus 28 days of paid holiday and a pension scheme.

What You'll Do

As a Care Professional, you will:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and companionship in clients' own homes.
• Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting where required.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and other daily living activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Follow and contribute to personalised care plans tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely care records, reporting any changes in a client's health or wellbeing.
• Travel between clients' homes to provide scheduled care visits.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caring individuals who are dependable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding care.

Essential:

• A compassionate, caring nature with a genuine desire to support others.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travelling between client visits.
• Consistent weekly availability, including some evenings and/or weekends.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in home care, domiciliary care, healthcare, or a similar caregiving role.
• Knowledge of person-centred care and care planning.
