Job summary

Avon Search is seeking Care Assistants for Westward Ho!, Devon. You will provide compassionate personal care, follow care plans, encourage independence, assist with meals and mobility, and maintain a safe, welcoming home.

Ideal candidates show kindness, good communication, reliability and a willingness to learn; care experience is welcome but not required. Right to work in the UK is essential.
