Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a Care Assistant to support older adults across Portsmouth, Fareham and Gosport in their own homes. You will help with personal care, meals, light household tasks and companionship, guided by person-centred care principles.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. We offer guaranteed hours via permanent contracts, flexible shift patterns, and routes for career development within a local, supportive team.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Portsmouth area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
